Scenario Analyses

By analysing scenarios, the effects of different planning measures can be estimated before they are implemented. What-if analyses enable well-founded, comparative assessments and simplify decision-making processes. The interactions between population development, spatial structure and mobility offers can be analysed and visualised in many ways with our scenario analyses models. Our models are spatially and content-wise flexible and can be applied to any study area. They are applied to infrastructure projects or used preventively to find out which sub-areas are at risk of supply deficits in the future (e.g. services of general interest).
